About the Role:
Deprez & Son Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll keep our residential communities running smoothly and ensure residents feel right at home. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs across apartment units and common areas
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Complete unit turns including painting, patching, and general refurbishment between tenants
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, amenities, and building exteriors
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work orders efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a resident-friendly, professional demeanor
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
